Terms of Use
The use and access to the ProCosmicXy Proxy Service (hereby "website", "service", "proxy" or "site") is governed by the following terms (hereby "Terms"). Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with the Terms. By accessing and using our service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms:
This service cannot be used for any purpose that is classified as "illegal" in the user's area or country of residence or in the United States of America (specifically New Jersey and Pennsylvannia), where our service is operated, governed and hosted. This includes, but is not limited to, copyright violation, viewing of underage pornography, or drug-related activity.
This service cannot be used to communicate with others in a manner that is unlawful, transmit any material that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, obscene, poses a risk to another (or their possessions), sending unsolicited commercial emails or spamming (including on discussion forums and through email), or to otherwise conduct acts of terrorism.
In addition to the preceding terms, it is forbidden to use our proxy to develop, design, manufacture or produce missiles, or nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
The service cannot be blocked or limited access to, as doing so would not only violate these Terms of Use, but also the users constitutional rights. Blocking the service leads to a situation in which financial restitution is lost. Organizations found to be blocking our service must therefore send monetary compensation to the site, as well as unblock the site to avoid further monetary compensation. We reserve the right to charge 20 U.S. Dollars per day, for every day the site is blocked.
The service may contain errors and experience times when the site becomes unavailable, even though it is maintained as best as possible. We cannot guarantee there will never be downtime. We do not hold any responsibility for any defects, errors, or any damages which arise due to the use of the service. Therefore, you are to use the service at your own risk.
Our service is, and will always be (for the life of the service), provided free of charge, but we reserve the right to introduce contextual advertisements at any given time.
We reserve the right to terminate the use of the proxy at anytime.
All IP Addresses and websites visited will be logged, for the use of analytical data or assistance in state, federal, or international investigations. We also reserve the right to ban any IP from using the server at any time without given notice.
We accept no responsibility for anything which occurs as a result of the use of the service.
You are advised not to use the service if you disagree with any of the terms outlined above.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at anytime without prior notice.
